Start with Your Orders

Sign in to the Amazon account used for the purchase, open Your Orders, select the item and follow the available return, replacement or problem-with-order steps. The displayed policy controls its return window, refund method, shipping responsibility and condition requirements.

Before ordering skate shoes

Confirm size, variation, seller, delivery estimate and return eligibility on Amazon. Check fit indoors on a clean surface and keep packaging until the pair is accepted. SkateShoes.app cannot access an order, issue a label, approve an exception or promise a refund.
