Start with Your Orders

For an Amazon purchase, sign in to the account used for the order, open Your Orders, select the item and follow the available return, replacement or problem-with-order steps. The policy displayed for that order controls its return window, refund method, shipping responsibility and condition requirements.

Before ordering skate shoes

Confirm the exact model, size, color, material, seller, delivery estimate and return eligibility on Amazon. If the seller permits a fit check, follow its condition requirements and keep packaging until you decide whether to retain the pair. Purchase questions and requests must be directed to the applicable seller.
